Cancellation Policy

1. Gifts cards cancellation is not available and nonrefundable once purchased.

2. Pan card coupon and other services coupon are nonrefundable in case of successfully ordered placed.

3. Redcom Banking services charges are nonrefundable if any kind of genuine reason is found in case we will think about your refund.

4. Redcom hardware products are refundable. Return/Replacement is available in case of damaged and non-working products delivered to customer/Agent. It's a rare chance because our all products are checked by Redcom technical team.

5. General Insurance policy premium is nonrefundable (Maybe acceptable in case company accept the cancelation request but its lengthy process.) in case of policy has been issued successfully. Endorsement is available for any kind of policy details change. {All changes acceptance/rejection depends on the insurance company.}

6. some services and products are non-refundable. Please confirm the return and refund policy before purchasing service/orders.

7. For domestic flights cancellation requests will be accepted up to 3 hours before departure. (Refund depends on flight company)

8. For international flights we require the cancellation request 5 hours before departure.

  • Scan copy of the ticket will be required in case if the flight gets canceled or delayed by more than 2 hours for domestic flights in that case refund will be processed by the flight company.
  • Air Asia, Air Arabia, Tiger Airways tickets are fully non-refundable and no refund will be issued against the cancellation of such tickets but REDCOM FINANCE is always available for hearing your concern if the refund is possible we will promise we definitely help of our customers.
  • In case of partial cancellation, the refund process takes up to decided days depending upon the airline.
9. We accept the refund only on our company original printed bills if any kind of suspect is found we will reject your refund request immediately.

Refund Policy

The refund amount in case of any cancellation will be refunded within 48 hours, in case of no show, the refund will be processed only after we get a refund from the partner, after deducting the partner cancellation charges {if applicable} and REDCOM’s service charge. The amount will be refunded in the original source of payment method used for placing an order on our website like credit/debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets, etc...
